Open Microsoft Outlook.

Under the Tools menu, choose E-mail Accounts.

Next select add a new e-mail account.

Under Server Type choose POP3.

Under Internet E-mail Settings, fill in your name, username (yourusername@aeneas.com), e-mail address and password information.
For both incoming mail server and outgoing mail server enter the following: mail.aeneas.net

Now choose the More Settings button. Once here, select the Outgoing Server tab and checkmark My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
By default this option should already be set to Use same settings as my incoming server.
